Tokyo Turnips (produce)
One of our absolute favourite vegetables. Sweet, nutty, crunchy roots with fragrant, tender leaves; the whole plant taste exceptional both cooked and raw.
Coat in olive oil and roast, slice into a hotpot, or our favourite, quarter and sear on a pan with sesame oil and a pinch of sea salt, then top with chopped, blanched leaves.
