Specialty Salad Bowl (produce)

A mix of out our favourite specialty greens:
heirloom curly kale as a delicious, crunchy base; red kale for volume and colour
baby romaine lettuce for sweetness
purslane for its high omega-3 fatty acid content
frilly mustard for that slight wasabi kick
swiss chard for sours 
marigold leaf for mango-strawberry fruitiness
 
Not just a nutritious salad, but an experiential one as well. Comes with purslane seeds for a special crunch! Great as a side with a simple dressing or as a main with a protein added on.
 
Grown locally, without the use of pesticides.
