We grew 40 lettuce varieties side-by-side and picked the tasties, most beautiful ones for production. Sweet, crisp, and gorgeous, our Oakleaf and butterhead lettuces have uniformed-sized leaves perfect for salad bowls, sandwiches and bulgolgi.
 
Grown locally, without the use of pesticides.
