Mini Fresh Market Cabbage; (3 rockwool plugs)

Our mini cabbages are bred for flavour instead of storability. They have a higher sugar content, and taste exceptional both raw and lightly cooked. They make a splendid okonomiaki, and crazy-good shaved cabbage salad. Plants grow to 30cm across, producing a 500-700gm head.
