Kohlrabi; (3 rockwool plugs)

We're finally ready to release our kohlrabi for sale as seedlings. Multiple trials have proven its ability to perform in a variety of situations, and we're sure they ll do great in your garden as long as theres ample sunlight and the soil stays moist. Kohlrabi can be eaten raw for a sweet, crunchy addition to salads, or cubed/quartered tossed in olive oil and salt and roasted with other root vegetables for a heavenly side dish. The leaves can be sauteed and used in the same way as kale.
