Jerusalem Artichoke (produce)

Delicious root crop grown with organic fertilisers and no pesticicdes. Cut into chunks and pan sear with butter till golden brown, dress with sea salt. Makes a great soup and mash as well. Skin is thin and doesnt require peeling.
